Contemplate what it means to guide children’s behavior in a way that respects the child’s developmental stage, and your limits and boundaries as an educator. Children’s brains are building the pathways that give them their initial strategies and tools to handle their feelings and responses to their environment. Historically adults have relied on behavior guidance strategies based on fear. Educators learn skills and knowledge to interact with children in a new way.

Hannah Riddle

Hi there! My name's Hannah. I've been working in early childhood education for a number of years now. I primarily work in Spanish immersion settings, it's incredibly fulfilling. Working with small humans is wonderful. I started Semillitas Training because I see a need in our communities for professional development opportunities in Spanish. I have a B.S. in Child Psychology, B.A. in Spanish Studies and I'm finishing my Masters degree in Adult English as a Second Language Education.
